Art: A show of Freedom
Art teacher Dr Geeta Tembe and her student Samina Lokhandwala combine their efforts to present a collection of paintings in Dubai. Aptly titled ‘Freedom’, the exhibition showcases the collective work of these two artists.
Charity bazaar: For a good cause
A charity bazaar is being organised by the Dubai International Women’s Club at the Emirates Towers Hotel. The event features a wide variety of entertainment for children, including henna colouring and lucky dips, and will also have fortune telling stalls. All proceeds from this charity event will go towards the Red Crescent Authority.
