Axiom launches free delivery service

XPRESS

Axiom Telecom, the region’s largest mobile retailer and multi-brand distributor, has today announced a new service that will make owning a mobile phone even more convenient for its customers.

The ‘Free Pick Up and Delivery’ service, available to Axiom customers who have purchased a Nokia or Sony Ericsson mobile with a two-year warranty, means that customers experiencing a fault with their phone no longer have to return it to the point of purchase for repairs. An Axiom representative will collect the phone from wherever you currently are, have it repaired and then drop it back to your current location or an agreed location such as your office or home, free of charge.

Faisal Al Bannai, CEO Axiom Telecom, says: “At Axiom, we continue to look for ways to enhance our offering to our loyal customers and ensure that they can rely on us for all of their mobile needs. ‘Free Pickup and Delivery’ is the first after-sales service of its kind from a provider in the Middle East. We’ve now taken all the hassle out of having mobile handset faults repaired, you no longer have to take time out of your busy schedule or weekend to return it to a shop or service center.”

To use the service, simply call Axiom’s toll free number: 800 4885 and our call center advisors will be more than happy to assist you. You can also visit our website www.axiomtelecom.com for more details.
