Dubai Naturalisation and Residency Department (DNRD) has processed 397,374 transactions during Eid Holidays, starting from September 29 to October 2.
Major-General Mohammed Ahmad Al Marri, Director of DNRD, appreciated the commendable performance of DNRD employees, who worked hard to ensure that all customers get the best and high-quality service during Eid Holidays.
Major-General Al Marri said that the total number of transactions processed by DNRD during Eid holidays at all its centres, including the main office at Jaffiliya, external centres and all its air, sea and land ports, demonstrates the great efforts of DNRD employees during this Eid Holidays to provide customers with high-quality services, as per the instructions of Lieutenant-General Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Minister of Interior.
Major-General Al Marri said that the total number of transactions processed during Eid Holidays in DNRD’s headquarters and its external branches reached 89,173.

The total number of entry and exit activities via all the sea, air and land ports reached 308,201, he added.
On the first day of Eid, Major-General Al Marri paid a visit to various departments at DNRD’s main office, accompanied by Brigadier Obaid Moheir Bin Suroor, Deputy Director of DNRD, and a number of senior officials. He also inspected the department’s operations at Terminals 1 and 2 of Dubai International Airport.
