Meis Kadhem: Dutch (25) We have McDonald’s in Holland and I usually eat a cheeseburger twice a week, but never in the evening. I take walks and do yoga. It’s all about keeping it in balance.

Abdul Aziz Rajoob: Syrian (25) I don’t like fast food, I only eat it once or twice a week when I’m in a hurry. I love a home-cooked meal. Syrian food is the best as it uses a lot of vegetables. I walk and swim to stay in shape.
